Winter Indoor Workouts Part I (All Ages)
Fast Footwork: (roll foot to foot, tap/tap, pull to sides, tap/tap rollover, tap/tap step over, roll over pull turn, triangle, triangle behind the standing leg, Ronaldo /w triangle behind the standing leg
Phase I Moves: Stop hop/play, behind standing leg, hop back/play, Maradona
Phase I Double Moves: behind standing leg into hop back/play, behind standing leg into Maradona
Phase II Moves: Scissors, Step Over, Side step, Side Step with Ronaldo
Phase II Double Moves: Double Scissors, Double step over, double side step, double side step with Ronaldo
Phase III Moves: Swivel, Cryuff, Cryuff with scissor, tap play behind, roll play behind
Wall Ball Find a wall and shoot the ball at the wall, receive with inside, outside, shoe lace on return, repeat. Pass the ball off the wall, receive and play it back, variations 1 touch, 2 touch
Extras heal/toe, outside inside, cuts, twist offs outside/inside, juggling

2 touch passing (in rhythm of 1-2)
1 touch passing
Passing patterns in diamond or square, try to make the passes accurate and within 1 to 2 touches

Off Season Summer Workouts (U14 Girls)

Week 1, Day 1: 2 mile run, juggling
Week 1, Day 2: Sprinting, skill moves (for time)
Week 1, Day 3: 2 mile run, juggling
Week 1, Day 4: Sprinting, skill moves (for time)

Week 2, Day 1: 2 mile run, juggling
Week 2, Day 2: Sprinting, skill moves (for time)
Week 2, Day 3: 2 mile run, juggling
Week 2, Day 4: Sprinting, skill moves (for time)

Week 3, Day 1: 2 mile run, juggling
Week 3, Day 2: Sprinting, skill moves (for time)
Week 3, Day 3: 2 mile run, juggling
Week 3, Day 4: Sprinting, skill moves (for time)

Day 1 and 3: Juggle with feet only 100+, with thighs only 100+, with head 50+, stretch and run 2 miles. After run practice shooting against a wall (wall ball). While playing wall ball practice receiving the ball with all surfaces of foot.

Day 2 and 4: 15 minute skills circuit (our fakes and moves). Then sprint 12 times by 20 yards with 15 seconds rest. 10 times by 40 yards with 25 seconds rest, 5 times by 60 yards with 30 seconds rest, 4 times by 80 yards with 30 seconds rest, and 3 times by 100 yards with 30 seconds rest.
